Dear all, hello! We plan to open small gastronomic project in Seminyak, Bali. Please, give your advices or recommendations which is the best way to find good staff for it. Maybe somebody here has experience in this? Or - have a local friend or good responsible person whom you can recommend to our pre-opening team? We are open for any collaboration! I don't want to rain on your parade, but I do hope you understand that somewhere in the area of 80% of new restaurant start ups on Bali are gone in 5 years or less. In fact, restaurants are the highest business failures on Bali.
How to go about looking for good help? Advertise and post in forums like this one in the jobs section.
