im gonna spend 2 to 3 months in Siem Reap and Sihanoukvile; and so i'd like to know what kind of options are there and where to look for a 1 bedroom apartment / studio.
do i've to go through a real estate agency ? or are there signs on the streets offering rent ? are condos the safest option ? deposit ? etc.
any info in regards to renting in Cambodia is much appreciated.

just asking about general guidelines to finding a place in Cambodia and for any tips and advice on where to look for and how much to spend.
