Visa process for families from your origin country

hi everyone!i would to ask an advice about the easiest process on how to bring your brother or sister to egypt.i got the nationality already ,the egyptian nationality.my husband passed away 3 weeks ago and i feel alone,no families around,even my husband have families but we're not close to each other because they are in province..they are kind but because i never meet them always so i feel stranger for them.i want to bring any one of my family here to feel i have someone to lend on.so please any advice about the easiest way in applying visa for them and also the requirements in  less expenses way.the subject i wanted to bring here to egypt is from the philippines...thank you so much.
