I am curious; What is a "fresher job" ?
I assumed at first that it was a job for an inexperienced worker, but just read another site where someone said "Fresher doesn´t mean every fresher is without experience."

Employers pay for skills. Perhaps doing some internships would get you some valuable ones? Qualifications alone do not lead to jobs. Decide on what you are good at and get some experience.
In all countries foreigners are usually only employed if they have skills that are not available from local residents.
