Procedures in Ukraine to buy and ship a car from there?

Hi all,

I found a car in Ukraine for sell through ebay. I would like to know the possibility to buy it and to ship it to my country. Is this easy or difficult to export it outside Ukraine before I take any step? What is the Ukraine export policy.

I'm in Saudi Arabia. I know the policy here in Saudi Arabia but what are the procedures in Ukraine to buy and ship the car from Ukraine. Is there any agencies give a service to pick the car from the seller and do the custom's applications and ship the car to Saudi Arabia. Is it easy or complicate procedures?

I would suggest you contact the seller. He might be able to advise you as he is already in Ukraine and might be well versed with the procedures.
