Is 250 BHD good salary for project design engineer?

Hii guys..!! This is bhaskar from Hyderabad.

I was offered as project design engineer in one of the reputed companies in Bahrain.They are offering me 250 BHD and they will also provide accommodation ,flight charges and medical expenses if any.Could any one of you suggest me weather it is safe to relocate there.And can i save anything in my salary.

its safe to working in Bahrain but i think 250 BHD is very less, you may have to lead a very strict life if you want to save something.
if your getting the same pay in India, rethink about moving here.

Thanks for the valuable suggestion.The company people are offering me all the allowances including accommodation,transportation,medical expenses.So is this not sufficient.And also i am a bit worried about the treatment of Indians in countries like Saudi Arabia,Riyadh etc. by taking of their passports. and retaining them.Will it be same in Bahrain.

Hi Bhaskar,

After Reading your post and details, i can clearly say that at this designation the salary is very low. Negotiate with them for an engineer the salary should be minimum 500-600 depending on experience you have.

250 BD you can not save/make something for yourself & family!!
