same my issue, i bought my stc 2weeks ago. i got 4g, 4 bar siganl and i check my speed its only 1-2mbs only.
some one can help me .

u r lucky gettin 2MB speed , im facing this s**t from last 4months, my signals are full but there is no fukin speed ...
im gettin 70KB or sometimes 95KM (MAX) thats it.
i bought this package for one year , i did everything but stil same and now there is no hope to get better ...
STC Mobily Zain all r fraud .... thy charged you full amount then thay dont give a shit ...
