you have to check if and how you can get your qualifications and studies recognized in Germany. I found two links:

Generally, the local 'Tierärztekammer' is responsible for giving the 'approbation' (permission) to practice as a vet. Once you know where you want to live/practice you have to apply to the relevant 'Tierärztekammer'.

This link to the Bundestierärztekammer e.V. http://www.bundestieraerztekammer.de/  gives you an overview over all the different regions and offers also a link to some available jobs. (www.vetline.de).

As you can see, all of the job ads are in German, so speaking German is essential if you want to find a job.
