Actually I have a question.İf anyone can help me I will Appreciate that..
My question is : I have been working for a construction company for 2 months..We did not get paid yet..First of all : Based on probation time - 3 months- or even after probation date can I come up with breach of contract against the company that they are not paying my salary at the end of the month as it was indicated on the job offer ? Second : İf I resign by showing this unpaid salary during the probation time do they have to pay me all 3 months salary and even get return ticket ? Third : I ask you to show me exact labor law officially about breach of contract ..I mean which clause and where in the law as a place... Forth : Would you please give me the e mail , phone and other contact infos for complaining ..Where and how ?
