i am from morocco and want to go with family 2 kids+mother to norway in goal to install my little child in a special school for deafs with mental retardation . if anyone can help i would gave him my home in casablanca all necessary time he/she wants. warmly

first my french is well but my english is week so please try to understand . if any I get a travel visa schenging for norway and accepted by norvegian immigration office as a résident I w'll be glad to swapp my home with norvegian who looks to be installed in casablanca in the aim to twice benefict from this avantage, consiering that all both we keep taking our properties as own. warmly
