Hi There,
We are Family moved from Dubai.
We have been having a time to get short term Accommodation. when you go for the 11 months contract what happens if you want to leave in 6 months time.

Here in India when you look for accommodation the questions they ask you like you are trying to get employed with them.

Finally we are happy to get a studio from a Bengalí British Lady. So no complains now.

Usually 11 month agreement has a lock-in clause of say 9 months, now if you leave before then you pay rent till the remaining period of lock-in.

Thanjs foe your reply.Hiw ever it is not logical. Why should ant obe pay for the time they are not using ? That's the reason I'm talking about a short term Rentals.
