Yes Erbil is safe and its expats heaven. The local peoples are really so hospitable and welcoming and life is reasonably open. I am an expat and enjoying my work and stay sinice 2 yrs.

Yesterday in Erbil...
"the bomber had killed one person and wounded five others. It was not immediately clear who had been killed.
