My name is David. I come originally from Ecuador, Latin America and lived there until I came to Deutschland to do my Master's 8 years ago. Who would have thought that I would end up not only earning a degree and learning German but also finding the best reason to stay here: my wife.
Coming from a country with a different language, culture, weather, among others, has made living in Deutschland the most interesting and exciting time of my life since it enables me to experience things and reflect about them from a unique, non-German perspective.
I have decided to start a blog to share my ideas, thoughts, experiences, conclusions and knowledge about Deutschland with everybody living, traveling or just interested in learning more about this fascinating country!
