How are the rental agreements for flats ? One year minimum ? 6 months ?
Also what if I rented a flat for one year agreement , and lived say for 2 months and didn't like the flat , what happens then ?

It is usually for one year - few places do a shorter contract term but those are not easy to find. You cannot change your mind on a contract because you didn't like it - that's why you need to make sure you choose the place you like and then sign the contract. You cannot move out of a contract just because you didn't like the place.
