Hi, I am looking for land near Sihanoukville and Otres about .75 km to 1.50 km inland from the ocean. Does anyone know the area well? Any Khmer locals out there that know that area? Looking for 30 meters x by 40 meters maybe more if price is good. Thank you , Lawrance

Secondly, there are a huge number of scammers here just eager to rip you off, BE VERY VERY CAREFUL.
