I am planning to study in Luxembourg. I want to know that how many hours per week non eu student can worrk there. Now I am 28 years old. Can I work full time in vacation.

I am wanting to know similarly if I can take German or French classes in Luxembourg and get a part-time job while I do that? In Germany I know you can. I am American.
