Does any one know which Pepper farm is suitable (best cultivation process, access to fields... etc) to visit in Kampot?

My wife and I went to Starling Farms when we stayed in Kampot. Website has all the details: www.starlingfarms.com. You can walk through the farm, then go up to their little sales room, and buy some vacuum packed bags. ITs a long way out there by tuk-tuk, but interesting. We took a 2 stop tour for $20, the pepper farm, then down to Kep for a seafood lunch.
