A Singapore SVP (tourist visa) is usually given on arrival for 15 or 30 days, which can be extended at ICA to a maximum of 89 days. The entry requirements are shown on http://www.ica.gov.sg/page.aspx?pageid=95
As Ghana citizen you need a yellw fever vaccination certificate.
Please note that you are not allowed to work on SVP.
