Need commercial fishing companies in cape verde

Dear ALL,
I am not an expat in cape verde but I am an expat in Hong kong. I am trying to find fishing companies in cape verde who can export fish. I understand that the red garoupa is very abundant in cape verde and I am trying to buy some of this fish to have in hong kong.
Please can someone give me the contact details of some fishing/export companies who might be able to help.
