Hello, can anyone tell me the definitive answer to the following:
Buying a car which has red ( temporary plates) ie. what does it cost to get it properly registered?

Secondly, is there an insurance website which takes you through the costs of insurance BEFORE you purchase a car so you know exactly what it will cost per car?

buying a car wirh red plates means that you have to oay the polution tax for that car If you know the detauls about the engine and depending of hiw okd is tge car you can check this on internet.For the ensurance you need the VIN of the car and personal details of the future iwner(CNP).Then you xan go fir a simulation to a insurance broker.They will tell how much tge insurance will be.
