I am a srilankan born British citizen and does not have dual citizenship. I am planning to build a house in Battaramulla on a 20 perch land I own. Are there any restrictions for planning permission for non citizens and if so how can I overcome these obstacles?

If ur parents are from sri lanka then u should have no problem u become automaticaly dual citizon national ☺

I suggest you post this on Sri Lanka forum since this subject will be read by many non Sri Lankans living in Sri Lanka and they should be able to answer your query.
