Whats a good salary in Libya?

I am a Pakistani Engineer, I got job in an renowned Oil Company in Libya, I am already in a very good career job. Little confusion on salaray offered with respect to other nationals. Can any one can share salary range for Asian origin having 11 yr exp+ family accomodation+ kids education+ health care+ return tickets on vacations. Thanks for your time.

2000 USD for Managerial position is low, should be ranging from 4-5K minimum.
