Hi,

My brother Scott is missing after going to Madrid to do a TEFL course. We don't know if he actually attended a course. He's been mentally ill for a few years and we honestly do not know what to do. He's not replying to any of my family, nor me.
I can't post a picture here but I'll explain his appearance:
Dark brown hair
Brown eyes
Tall (6ft 2ish)
Skinny

I would very much appreciate if you could help me.

Without the picture it would be quite impossible to identify since your suggested appearance can be of anyone. However it would be wise if you can Report it to the Police in Madrid and I am sure they would be able to help you instantly.

In case if you are not in Madrid then I would recommend to contact the Consulate or Embassy and seek for further assistance.

I'm hopeful that he is fine and Spain is best known for one of the safest place to live. I can understand the dilemma that you and your parents are going through but I am optimistic that he should be safe and hopefully very soon you would see him again.
