Hmmm after 5 years of experience you can't call yourself a Fresh Undergraduate Software Engineer, can you??? Well to answer your question.. it is always based on demand and supply... If you have skills that are in demand you can dictate terms to the company else the company will do it for you

Fresh Undergrad Pay would be between 25K - 60K max... regardless of the work experience...
If you do have 5 years work experience, you can not apply as a fresh grad and it should be a lateral hire...
In case of the lateral hire, you have to face intensive interviews and pay grade is based on the expertise...
If you are a super quality developer, pay might be around 90K in LKR
