Do you get medical insurance cover
Do you get airfares home every year
Does the company pay for visa costs. 

I think you should get a contract in writing from them first which tells you exactly what you will be getting so that you can then make up your mind about going there.
You do not want to rush over there and then find out that they are not a good company and do not give you what they told you they would give you. That is why you need something in writing. 
You do not want to end up stuck there and working like a slave for nothing.

Visa : company provided
Salary : 500 usd
Food : 100 usd
Duty hrs : 10 hrs / shift a day
Contract : single
Air ticket : joining ticket provided
Vacation leave : 45 day per 2 years
Vacation ticket : company provided
Medical  : as per company
Probation : 6 months
other : as per company policies and kurdistan labour policy.

Pls check and let me anything that require to collect information from company.
Medical insurance is it covered under labour policy?
Please help on this.
