Hello There,,

There is "Cyril and you" on the sliproad of the Main Highway side of Thao Dien, The road that runs along the new trainline. Not sure if they actually have a weight gym.

Also you can goto the local Vietnamese Sports Centre. Its at the beginning of Thao Dien Road. Left of the Circle K and Voodoo BBQ.
You can see the Basketball court from the road and Pool behind the shops.
Pool is 20,000 a time.
The Gym is upstairs, Walk upstairs and the gym room "overlooks" the pool. Stand there and someone will come and talk to you, hopefully.
Very basic older equipment, 15,000 per session or I think he said 150,000 per MONTH!!

There is also an open fronted gym at the top of Quoc Huong just before it turns towards the Coop.

Instead of going into the pool turn right at the Paybooth and keep walking around the back going the through the little gate. It is there , you will see  a mural on the wall. There may be a better way to get to it but you have to look.
