Hi,
Recently I got an Mechanical Draftsman Job Offer from SAIF Zone Employer. My Visa status is under process. My employer informed me that it's taking time to approved security department verification.
What does it means? How long it will take to process ?
As I have already resigned a month back, now am in home and waiting for Visa.
Pls help with accurate suggestions...

I'm not sure about the security clearance or verification .. but the standard visa processing time for SAIF Zone is 10 - 12 working days, counted after the successful submission of all documents

If you resigned in haste, that is unfortunate. Visa processing especially in FZ takes more time than outside. What Security Check - did they mean Police Clearance or something? This is a bit unusual for UAE.
