Hi,
I am considering buying a property which does not have the requisite Acts 14, 15 &16. The house is a new build and hopefully complies with these requirements.
Assuming that it does - how much (guestimates) will it cost to get the paperwork in order.

I would strongly recommend that you are very careful. Contact a local lawyer who is experienced in real estate property to investigate the conditions of the documents and permissions, the ownership, possible mortgages as well. Procedure sometimes may take years. In case the property hasn't got even act 14 it is quite likely a signal that there might be issues.
