British or International education in Islamabad

Dear All

My family are considering a move to Islamabad however I have some concerns mainly related to the education of my children. We are expats from England and I want my children to have either the British curriculum education (GCSE's; IGCSE's, Alevel etc) or the IB curriculum (not the Pakistani Olevel system).

Could anyone please advice which schools offer these curriculum.

Also, in terms of housing...which area in Islamabad would you recommend for my family (we would like sporting; schools; medical close by).

Many thanks :)
