has anyone ever imported a UK spec car to Bahrain, if so can you tell us your experience and who you used.

It's not allowed. Only left hand drive cars younger than 6 years old are allowed to be imported. Sometimes then the customs officials decide not to allow the car through customs and it just gets left there with you having the shipping bill etc still to pay
