Hello

I have had shoulder pain for some time. Can anyone recommend a good doctor or physio in Dar? If I were to have surgery, can anyone recommend someoe in Dar or should I go abroad? Also would there be any good physio for follow up care after surgery? I have shoulder impingement and torn rotator cuff and hoping a good physio can help solve this without need of surgery!
