Hi im looking to move to the paphos area in 2016 and open a restaurant im just looking for some info in obtaining food and alcohol license who would i aply to and a rough cost

My advice to you is do not open a restaurant or a bar in Paphos it will close down in no time reason being lack of tourists. Limassol old town is a gold mine now all year round.

Thanks for the advice type of place i was looking to open was more designed to attract the locals more than holiday makers but will take your advice and have a look at limassol

I agree 100%. Paphos area is working mainly with tourist. The locals are not more than 35.000 people. Limassol has work for all the year round especially in the old town because of the university and the events that take place like carnival, wine festival and others. But the standards are higher here than in Paphos.
