Hey,
Few months ago I met the group that does kite Surfing in South of Jeddah (near an area that uses to be known as The Americans Beach). They are really Bubbly group and the guy who trains them called Adham. Not sure if the group still existing, but give it a try.
I remember reading an article on Kite Surfing some time ago in Destination Jeddah Magazine, you can find it online.
