Hello Jennifer.  I m Cesar from Montevideo. I ve been seeing a psichologist (a sapanish speaking one). I will try to look an english speaker one. I don t think he or she will charge you less than $ 800 pesos. My therapist charges me $ 650 pesos .An  english speaking therapist will charge you. $ 700 or $ 800 pesos probably, because of the high speecialism work. This psicologist mus understand and speak pérfect enflish. It is a very high responsability for these future person. You must be very carefully. Remember that this person will become a sort of big "friend", knowing a lot about you and your life. Regards, Cesar

I'm looking to immigrate to Uruguay. I'm looking to visit in the middle of the summer and in
the middle of winter for three weeks each  I do have special mental health challenges. My needs would include weekly 45 minutes or an hour sessions. I too speak Spanish well, learned in Madrid, and I hope to fit in easily.

I have the same concerns as Jennifer. Jennifer, I didn't understand what SM meant. Is that the local insurance?  Did you mean $1000 USD for an hour of therapy or 1000 pesos?

If you would please provide me some way of contacting you sometime in January. I will be traveling in Uruguay from 11 January to the 24th. It would be great to be able to meet with you and see if we communicate well. I am very seriously looking at moving to Uruguay.
