I see that real estate in Florida is cheaper than in parts of honduras? I i have found plenty of condos for under $90 per foot. With the low cost of workers in honduras why are some places up to $120 per foot? Doesn't make sense.

Condos in Florida have always been relatively inexpensive throughout the years. You can't go by condos vs single family homes. The cost to build a single family home is much higher than a condo. Then from another angle... Inventory has lots to do with pricing.
Now comparing Honduras vs Florida.. Taxes on a beach home in Honduras let's say $200.00 USD per year. Similar home in Fkorida $12,000.00 USD per year. The cost of living is much higher in The US.

Prices in Mainland Honduras go for 45 to 65 dollars psf, the 120 dollar price is usually in Roatan because is an island. If you see those prices here in mainland is because they want to take advantage of the prices in Roatan, mainly new canadian developments are doing this.
