New to this forum so hope you can help. Me and my family are presently living in Tamatave from Cape Town, South Africa for the last year. We are planning to move to Tana for another year. Looking for place to rent in preferable Ivandry or similar area. Budget Ar 4 mil give or take. 3 Bed, garden.

There is a nice house in here, Near to shoprite super market,
Very peaceful place,

4 rooms,.
Two bath rooms with toilet and hot water lines.
One toilet for visitor,
Nice living room, Kitchen attached to the living room and one wet kitchen outside. Terrace. and playground ,

Land lord is a very nice person, Basically he is a doctor working in government hospital.
Religious person, 
He like his tenants to be non alcohol users,

Price will be 1.5 million Ar . month. Negotiable I think,
