M writing in connection with very closed friend of mine. She claimed asylum on the basis of Hindu muslim religious marriage in uk but ukba did not accept her application n deported her back to pakistan in 2012. But they both stay husband n wife stayed in touch n guy keep on sending her money every month as she was mentally so disturbed that she was not able to work. They both met in Mauritius and legally married there as per British law. Now her husband is aapplying for her spouse visa from uk but she is so much disappointed that she is not believing that she can get visa.
Please help her by giving advice that what are chances for her visa n her going back to uk as her husband is fulfilling the entire requirements of spouse visa.
One important thing ..she claimed asylum on the basis of relationship with the same guy who is her husband at present.

She has requested asylum once and got rejected. UKBA having the records. I would say chances would be 0 in getting the visa. Are they from the same country? Whats the background of them? Age, family background, education, when did they apply the asylum, when did they marry etc...
