Hi there,
I will be moving to Antananarivo in January 2016 with my husband. I am a Nursery/Early Years Teacher and have over 8 years experience working in Long Day Care, Preschool, Elementary school, Private school, and International School. I have a Diploma of Children's Services obtained from Australia, and am a native English speaker.
I would like to know how to go about finding a paid teaching job in Antananarivo, and how easy or perhaps difficult it may be. I like to be well prepared.

Hi,
I would consider looking at the American School of Tana to see what positions they have open next year. They have everything from preschool through highschool. Also, there is Kids Academy, a french based preschool/kindergarden program. Vision Valley is another school owned by South Africans.

You can also try Kits4Kids International. It's also an English speaking preschool and primary school. You can check out their website at www.kits4kids.org/madagascar.
