in 2008 I've graduated form school in Abu Dhabi, my mom and dad are both russian, my dad worked in abu dhabi and we had a resince visa, after I graduated we left the country without cancelling the visa, now im thinking about coming to UAE as a tourist< and Im worried that I might not be able to get a visa?
could you help me out with the info? Id there like an expiry date on banning and stuff?

no problem, as per UAE law your residence gets cancelled automatically when you don't enter UAE within 6 months after exit.

Yes to previous reply, assuming you were on your father's sponsored visa. On the other hand if you were on a visa sponsored by an employer or an educational institution - there could be issues.
