Where you or your spouse presently live for the past 6 months; say you are separated and you are now living in Manila for the past 6 mos, you should file the annulment case in Manila; but if you are an OFW, where you can be found when you are in the Philippines;

Thank you so much for your  great advice cynthiavilla i am ofw i have plan to file an annulment but i am confused which is much better to file in the province or in manila i live in marikina for almost 3 yrs before i went here in hk. And also im looking a reliable atty who will handle my case in if i file in manila. Thank you
