accommodation prices : it depend where you live but for a studio you never gonna find one less than $800 a month in a safe place.  and a villa with pool is around 2500 a month  and it can be up to 100 000 a week ! so it s difficult to give you an answer.
the bus is cheap it s $1 or max $2 if you cross the french side.
Food it depends but I think it s less expensive than in canada maybe ' cause i drink too much wine ! do not go in tourist supermarket that s my advice.
health price i can t help you cause i never go to the doctor
education is expensive when you want a good school for your kid it cost at least $400 per month
the gas is like in canada but the water and electricity are expensive on the island for a studio you can spend $150 per month easy and when you have a swimming pool it can go to 600 and even more …
coffe is between 2 and 3 dollar depends where you go beer is less expensive than coffee it s between $1 and 2.5

Cost of health care is much less expensive that the USA.  A trip to the emergency room, lots of tests and 3 days in the hospital cost about $1200.  Prescription medicines are very inexpensive and a doctor visit is about $60, half that if you are a resident.

Alcohol and cigarettes are cheap!

It's the Gourmet Capital of the Caribbean!  Great food for $ to $$$$$, your choice!  It can be cheaper to dine out than in.

Our 1200 ft space costs about $80/month for electric with NO airco.  The couple months a year we turn the airco on at night to sleep it can run up to $350.  Water costs us less than $20 a month, but we are frugal with this precious commodity.

I expect we pay about $150 - $200 a month for groceries for two.
