My husband got a job in Iraq, Basrah area...
I'm so worried, can't sleep nor eat... 
Please give me any info about the situation in that area...
If we had any other option i wouldn't have let him go there, but we got not much choice at the moment.
Is anyone in Basrah oil project now?
How safe it is there?

Many expats are living in Iraq.There are many oil companies in Basrah .They are living in safe zone .
Basrah is the important city in Iraq.All oils is in Basrah.It is very far away from danger.

Basra, what a nice city... I miss Basra.,,Last time I have been there was when I was student in 1990. Do they still use Blue Bird School buses for public transportation in Basra. I miss them a lot. they were cheap and nice. I want to visit there again.. I hope it is safe now. Any advise my brothers and sisters from Basra. I used to live in Hayaniah
