Salam Sir,
my father left the job in dec 2013. but when i check his passport status in LMRA Site the status is Employment Visa is not valid!. what does mean by this? can we not apply for new job.
Please check and advise.

Salam,
when someone quits the job with permission or without permission from the employer, the employer will contact lmra and ask them to cancel the visa.
Yes a company can apply a visa for your father but we cannot be sure whether the visa will be issued or not it depends upon many things.
PLEASE DO NOT post your passport details again.

It does not matter, once someone applies for the visa they will get an update about the status.

If your father has left his job, he could apply for another.
The only thing that would prevent him from returning to Bahrain is if the previous employer has blacklisted him for any reason.
