hi man im from africa too, why u need somebody to receive you,if u dont have enough money ,korea airport immigration will not let you enter,even you have visa ,that's sur
so i suggest you to bring with you 2000$ (lend it from friend)
and when u enter korea , take bus from incheon airport to 'itaewon' (ask for that )
itaewon it's in seoul downtown full of foreigners ,and cheap hostel ,so u dont need any free host because you can't find it there
