Look up Sucre, weather is incredible 12 months a year, been here a month and love it!!!

Follow Nagy's advice to Sucre, which is at the same altitude as Quito, Ecuador, home of eternal spring. Both are a bit above 9,000 feet.
La P. is at about 12,000 feet. The extra 3,000 might do me in, grandpa.
