Hi ,
I am from india and currently working in antwerp for past 7 months with a valid resident permit (resident expires by4- April 2015).I have my spouse and kid living with me and both having resident cards (valid till 4-Apr).
Regarding visa my wife's schengen visa getting expired by 02-feb-2015 .Should i need to apply for visa if i have to travel to any schengen states after 02-feb.I checked some information and found no need for a visa if we have a vaild belgian resident card .So i can travel with my spouse to any countries as long as i have valid resident permit (both of us having till april 4 2015).Please clarify will it be any issue if we travel outside belgium during march 2015 with valid resident card but a expired visa .

Visa Query
Once you get the resident card, your visa is of no more value. For long term residence (D type) visa is just to enter Belgium. Later, as you got, the residence and travel document is your RP.
