The Italian Community organizes almost every week an aperitivo each time at one different Italian restaurant, usually quite a cheap price as it is 2 drinks and free flow of finger food for S$30 (before it was S$25, from this year I think they increased a bit the price). You might join this group Italiani in Singapore:
