Hi,

I am an expat working in Oman for the last 3 years and I am planning to leave Oman by the end of 4th year.
Since my employer wont be giving me an NOC I am planning to shift to another GCC country. But I don't like the idea of NOC's since I would like to leave my job whenever I see fit. Are there any GCC country currently where there are no NOC hassles? Please help.

Well, if your leaving Oman and going to another G.C.C country, you wouldn't require an NOC which is logical. I believe UAE doesnt have an NOC policy.

Is there any other GCC country that doesn't require NOC, since I believe I need to apply for road test again in Dubai even though I have an Omani license.

i do not wish to terminate my resident work visa from oman
are v allowed to hold dual resident card
