Hi,
100% pure coconut oil or a combination of pure shea butter cream and coconut oil will fix the problem. She has to use it for a long time to get a better result.

You can hardly prevent it but what she can do is using a good body lotion or crème everyday (even after the child is born), a balanced diet with vitamin C and E and after the delivery not to loose weight very fast.
