Nobody needs a travel or tour agency in Singapore, since everything is well organised and easy to reach.
You can get (free) information from the Tourism Information Board and use the excellent public transport system (or the not-too-expensive taxis) to get to any sight within a short while. For a quick overview of Singapore's central area, take one of the bus tours, which you can book at the tourist information or on the bus.
